It is easy to blame somebody else for our suffering,nobody is going to help us unless we help ourselves. Why Israel is succesful, lets think,They are more educated on the average then our Arab World,the girls go on to college, they get married have children, an educated mother will have his kids to get education thus this will raise their standard as to be scientist doctors engineers bankers etc.How many clerics promote this, very few some think a Muslim women is a second class citizen, I applaud Sheik Fadlallah, he always advocates education and equality, secondly most Israelis came from Europe and were more educated then our Arab brothers one of the reason under Ottoman rule Arabs stayed deprived, few Lebanese went to Europe to get education and European priest opened up schools and universities and the Lebanese mostly christians took advantage and got educated thus lifting up the standard of Lebanon which helped all Lebanese without oil revenue we had a high standard of living.The Jews are well organized all over the west, so they do lobbying for their country, thus getting more financial aid and military also thus they have superiority in those matters. We have Lebanese scattered all over the world and well respected but they do not a have a cohisive plan to organize and lobby very few here and there. With the help of ministry of Tourism and Foreign affairs they can visit the Diaspora and organize and with our rich gulf bretheren this cause will help everybody. Why can’t we raise money to make movies that enphasize the rich Arab culture Preislamic and after, our scientists astrologers medicine mathematician our Pheonician ,Pharaonic Omayad and Moorish rich histories etc. then the world opinion will change toward Arabs, the impression in the West is Arabs destroy ,terrorize kill, blow up things, how will that help us. So let’s get educated create jobs get married to an educated woman raise our economic standard help our fellow men become adynamic society like China ,India and others and see the respect that we will get from the world so let’s start to have the maturity of critisizing oursrlf thus the change for better starts.
