Nonetheless, I commend your wise words and pray for the day when Lebanon is once again peace loving, prosperous and harmonious. Youssef I salute the young men of the resistance who fought to free south Lebanon from the butchers of Israel..these are true martyrs and god our witness..some weapons from Iran or Syria might have been appreciated BUT I don’t support a resistance movement turned politically mighty arrogant and disrespectful of the citizens they sacrificed their lives for and started pursueing own profile and self-image seeking to reach sectarian objectives of their sponsors ..this will definitely give every other sectarian and racist political party in Lebanon to acquire own arsnol of weapons all over again repeating the events of the ‘60 and ’70s when deadly arms poures intto Lebanon from every source and no thanks to our understanding on ‘oh how much I love Lebanon’ turned against each other in a bloody long and pathetic civil war but it’s astonishing how we never learn and we easily forget..
Its best for Hezbolah to integrate with the lebanese army and work together as1 towards secure and safer lebanon for generations to come.. if the need arises we fight and defend lebanon together and no one should take credit for protecting own land..its our duty

I don’t get it why would it be so bad for Israel to have a prosperous lebanon while they are ok with that happenning in Jordan, Egypt and Syria? If you say they are targetting lebanon because it’s lebanon not because of hizbullah it makes no sense. The fact remains when you get out of the box of conspiracy it’s pretty simple why can’t we be like Jordan and Egypt? or are we so much more “special”

This article is nothing but incitement and it seems to have worked. Look at the situation between Israel and Lebanon in the 1950’s. Lebanon didn’t allow others to attack from her soil and so Israel didn’t retaliate. There is nothing that we in Israel would like to see more than a stable and prosperous Lebanon that does not allow others to attack us from her soil. Also: Louay, you are a racist.

The “Iranian Puppet Forces” are the reason why the Israelis continue to be hesitant when it comes to another venture into Lebanon. Lets not forget the common enemy of the Lebanese and the biggest threat to the Lebanese are not Syria and Iran……. We are also falling into the trap of blaming the oppressed for the actions of the oppressor.
