“Hizbullah has more rockets and missiles than most governments of the world”, I can’t imagine that this statement is true. What a fake, irrealistic, irresponsible statement by Gates is this? It looks that definitely Israel is waiting for an excuse and preparing the grounds and the atmosphere for an attack on the Hizb.

If Hizbullah was not armed and was just a political party like any other party in Lebanon, or in the world for that matter, the Americans and any pro-Israel government would not speak with this threatening tone about it.

Poor Lebanon, ruled by ignorants who are happy and proud about holding arms and intimidating the internal public and the world’s public opinion.

when the american administration gathers such inexperienced gullible and irresponsible top officials like omama, gates and clinton to name a few and they dont have a clear vision on how to govern, you are definitely creating a prescription for disaster that might jeopardize the security of not only the usa but the entire world.

Obama’s administration is, I dare to say, the most moderate american administration that lebanon and the world can expect. If we find that it is performaing well below our expectation, then we should wait for another 100 or 1000 years maybe to see the fall of the american empire and the rise of new empire; we might have a chinese empire that would agree more with us and help us to achieve our goals. In the other hand, we have already a group of nations working against the american dominance: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela and Cuba. We can join this group and formally fight the americans!

To John and all those who supports hezbollah. Once again most people are asking why not support and train the lebanese army all these years. I lived thru the Civil war and i saw how the army was divided. Yet the Army here is mostly made of shiites so why not even consider doing that all those years? why support hezbollah instead of the army?
