The UN is trying to implement what was voted for 1701 and other resolutions. But they only want to implement it on one side and not them. The problem here and people do not like to hear it is Iran is planning pre-emptive strike against israel and the west. So who do they start other than with their allies in South Lebanon and Dahia. And those HA are willing to die for the iranian cause and nothing to do with lebanon. Their fight against israel and i still believe it wholeheartdly that they do not fight for lebanon and all what are the agendas and goals of the iranian revolutions. Once and god willing this fake revolutions is destroyed and so will be HA. the HA fighters will integrate most of them in lebanon army and some will merged into Lebanon society and some will be killed all to resever the honor of iran and its nuclear program..You can all call me what you like but i do believe strongly that israel is itching to avenge the 2006 war. But also i do believe they don't want another war. But the problem on our side is that we're controlled by outside higher and supreme forces. HA is set to do what its paid for and they in return get the glory of trying to destroy the israeli states. But its a wishfull thinking and neither side this time will be able to vanquish the other. But one thing will happen if iran should test its hidden nuclear missiles, then israel will wipe out the south. Those HA/Iranians who bought many places/homes in the south to give them free will to go around will regret they bought there.
