apprehending the culprits responsible for the killing of pm hariri is the responsibility of the Lebanese government.

but since we have a government that doesn't want to govern, since we have a military and security apparatus unable or unwilling to assume their responsibilties of securing all the lebanese territories because of fear and or corruption, and in the current atmosphere of lack of communication and trust among the lebanese, the United Nations that was in charge in the first place for starting the UN tribunal for Lebanon should find a reasonable substitute to do the sheriff job in lawless lebanon before handing down the guilty verdict.

if we lay off the expense for a moment and listen to what Syria and Heballah officials are saying...if the court accuses Syria, then it is Zionist court, if it accuses Hezballah, its is an Israelie court... well, then who's there to blame??? Syria controled Lebanon , every inch of it, Hezballah had a free out of reach areas to plan and excute. well if the Syrians did not do it, or Hezballah then who??? who brought up abu Adas, and the rest of the fabricated sories at the time by the interior minister Solieman Frenjieh. all the stories by Adoom, by Wahab, by Kandil.. and all of those puppits.they killed Jumbaltte before and they were discovered and got away with it. they thought they'll do the same scenario here and get away with it. listening to the politicians and military officals in Lebanon, it looks like they'll get way with it....it is a Lebanese problem and they should take care of it, but the UN should release an arrest to the people who ordered AND EXCUTED those killings to arrest and prosecute them outside Lebanon since the Lebanese officals have NO GUTTS TO DO IT...

Peter Hariri is suppose to pay a lot of it. But officially it was the Lebanese gov't who is suppose to fork half of the expenses. Do you suppose that Hezbollah is going to let our govt pay for it? or even hariri? maybe they should finance it this way they might get out of it..You have running and wild imagination my friend. Stop trying so hard to blame the US for it. The evidence are overwhelming against hezbollah and I am not sure why it seems Syria is escaping with this. How come Syria its not attacking the STL as much as they used to? They're saying its a lebanese internal matters. So knowing that hezbollah will not bow down or care if accused..
