Aoun, Sarkozy met in Paris

The leader of the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) Michel Aoun who arrived arrived Sunday in France held talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy on Monday.

Fireworks cause 2 huge fires in Lebanon

A huge fire erupted in the town of Shouifat , just south of Beirut and has caused substantial damage to the wooded area of the town. The fire was reportedly caused by fireworks and has approached the residential area of the town. The town has appealed for help to extinguish the fire. Siniora is the new target of Hezbollah attacks

Former Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad siniora is the new target of attacks by Hezbollah led March 8 alliance.
