U.S. urges its citizens to postpone travel to Egypt

U.S. citizens should postpone non-essential travel to Egypt and Americans who are in the country should stay inside amid violent street demonstrations, the State Department said on Friday.

In a travel alert, the department urged citizens in Egypt to exercise caution and to defer movement until the situation stabilizes. Noting that Egyptian security forces may block off the area around the U.S. Embassy, the State Department said citizens should not attempt to go to the embassy.

I’m afraid a blood bath is about to take place in Egypt.
Mubarak and his regime are trying to outdo what Bin Ali has done to preserve the regime, using new faces at the top of the pyramid.
Installing the head of the intelligence apparatus may not be taken well by the Egyptian youths.
Shooting by Egyptian security forces at protesters has just began. So Sad.
