Hezbollah expects “Imminent Attack” from Israel, report

The Lebanese newspaper al-Jumhuriyya quoted a secure and unnamed Hezbollah source on Wednesday saying that the Islamist group was on high alert and expecting an “imminent attack at any moment” by Israel.

Israel has not attacked Lebanon since the 2006 war, with only isolated incidents occurring since then, the most recent being shots fired across the border in August. Nobody was killed.

The anonymous source quoted in al-Juhhuriyya said Hezbollah had prepared 5,000 “martyr soldiers” and thousands of long-range rockets capable of striking land and sea targets. The newspaper claimed Hezbollah regularly patrolled the Israeli-Lebanese border for fear of cross-border abductions by the Israeli army.

What? Hezzbolla wants it to be a regular occurrence?? And they have 5000 ‘martyr-cattle’ to feed into the cannon. Nice …
Hmmm … must be having a problem feeding them all lately … are there enough doctors and nurses for the aftermath?
Gotta love the always unnamed sources for these ‘suspicion’ stories … working to whip up the crowds … and it’s the UN which ‘patrols’ the borders with the LAF … isn’t it? Or, is Hezzy admitting now (anonymously of course) to roadside bombings on those people too – because the UN prevents them from sneaking over to attack Israelis?
Does anyone see Iran in this latest ‘anonymous’ report? Need to get attention away from their recent efforts in the USA …

people, believe half what you see and none of what you hear. so many stories reported to hype and generate outrage and very few actually get backed up by someone willing to stand in front of a camera and give his real name. i never liked reality shows and most stories anymore are soap opera like,,, i am over it. you are blessed when you can allways count on your insomniac friends prophet and 5th, greetings to both of you friends. i have to admit that my lebanese is broken but some words are seared in my in my head and yistiflo is something my mom allways said when she gave up faith and disconnected . of course there is nothing funnier than lebanese cussing even though it does not make any sense.lol
