Arsal Mayor confirms Syrian violation of Lebanese borders

The Mayor of the Bekaa town of Arsal Ali Hojeiri which has witnessed several Syrian violations of the Lebanese borders, rejected the statement of Secretary General of the Higher Lebanese-Syrian Council Nasri Khoury who said that “the Syrian army killed Syrian national Ali al-Khatib on Syrian territory.” (more…)

Siniora calls for punishing the killers of the Copts

U.S. thwarts Iranian plot to kill Saudi Ambassador

U.S. authorities said Tuesday they charged two men in what they described as an Iranian-directed plot to assassinate the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the U.S.
