
Talabani ( pictured) said during a press conference : "Nasrallah has no right to interfere in Iraq's internal affairs just as we have no right to interfere in Lebanon's internal affairs,"
Nasrallah during his controversial speech last Monday , called on Iraqis to adopt what he described as "a strategy of liberation , similar to that of Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon " and expressed his backing for "the Iraqi resistance to U.S. occupation."
With regard to relations with Iran, Talabani said Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdul-Mahdi is currently in Tehran for talks over items of mutual interest between our two countries
