Beirut - The issue of Hezbollah arms continues to delay the finalization of the ministerial policy statement . Yesterday the committee charged with drafting the statement met again but no agreement was reached . Many were hopeful that the statement will be finalized before Sunday November 22

Beirut- Finally someone is thinking about the Lebanese people. Prime Minister Saad Hariri told the Annual Arab Banking Conference held at the Phoenicia hotel in Beirut that the new national unity government's policy statement should guarantee a better life for the Lebanese.

Beirut - Lebanese President Michel Suleiman held talks today with his Syrian counterpart President Bashar al-Assad. Suleiman arrived in Damascus early Thursday and the summit lasted for 90 minutes, following which he headed by helicopter to the Baabda palace according to local and Syrian media
