Geagea says Aoun and his political party are corrupt hypocrites

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea launched a scathing attack against the Change and Reform bloc, saying that its ministers in government were corrupt.

“The thing that saddens me the most these days is that those who spoke diligently about corruption for the past 20 years proved to be the most corrupt in Lebanon’s history after taking charge of sensitive ministries in the government,” Geagea told a delegation of doctors in Meerab, north of Beirut. Geagea: Aoun is the most corrupt politician in Lebanon

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea on Wednesday fired back at Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun and said he was the last person to speak about politeness. Geagea hails SNC statement, says implementation is more important

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea praised on Thursday the statement issued by the Syrian National Council but added “what is more important is that the clauses of the statement be implemented.”

Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea predicted on Saturday the collapse of President Bashar Assad’s regime in 2012 and the start of building the Lebanese state

During a gathering of his party’s general committee in Meerab he said :

Geagea returns to Beirut after meeting Hariri, key Saudi officals

Geagea slams Syrian army’s violations of Lebanon sovereignty

In an interview with Al-Jumhuriya newspaper published on Monday Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea blasted the Syrian army’s violations of Lebanese territories calling it a “flagrant violation” of Lebanon’s sovereignty.

Geagea also slammed the cabinet for not issuing any statement on the Syrian “violation,” calling their silence “national treason”. (more…)
