The cabinet is holding its regular meeting at the Grand Serail. The meeting is being chaired by Lebanese PM Saad Hariri. The cabinet is expecting to hold another session Thursday at the Baabda palace.

Administrative appointments will be the main issue during both sessions.

During Wednesday’s session the cabinet is expected to appoint members of the judicial council.

Thursday’s cabinet meeting that will be headed by President Michel Suleiman, iis expected to discuss a mechanism for administrative appointments, according to Minister of Administrative Reform Mohammed Fneish.

Ministerial sources told As Safir daily that the cabinet would most probably task Fneish with preparing the mechanism for administrative appointments.
