Maronite Patriarch Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir praised on Friday the residents of the town of Deir al-Ahmar, thanking them for their “warm welcome, ” which he said confirms their deep faith.

Sfeir’s visit comes as part of the patriarch’s tour in the northern Bekaa on Friday.

Sfeir told the Deir al-Ahmar residents: “I stress on the cooperation between you and your neighbors, whether Shiites or not, so that Lebanon regains its glory.”
