Al-Arabiya reported that Syrian soldiers and officers have deserted the Military Academy in Homs. Sounds of gunfire could be heard inside the building
Al-Arabiya also reported that Syrian Security forces raided the lawyers’ syndicate in Sweida and assaulted the protesters rallying inside the building. Sweida is the capital of Jabal Al Arab , the Druze stronghold in Syria.
